This procedure is not a total remove but just a workaround.
you should install Symantec Endpoint in order to fix it for good.

1. Run "task manager"
2. stop wscript.exe process
3. stop explorer.exe. process
4. type CMD
5. type the following lines:
del c:\autorun.* /f/s/q/a
del d:\autorun.* /f/s/q/a
del e:\autorun.* /f/s/q/a
(if you have any more drive letters please del the autorun from it as well)
6. Open registry editor (start-run-regedit)
7. nevigate to the following key : [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] 8. check that  value data of key named "Userinit" looks like this : C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,"
